Simple and charming, ideal for individual travelers seeking peace and contact with nature. The studio has a bedroom/living room, bathroom, small kitchen and fast internet for those working remotely. The space has 4 studios sharing the outdoor area, with garden and deck, a pleasant place to sunbathe and relax! The beach is a 5min walk, passing by a preserved Atlantic forest trail, with little monkeys to accompany you on the way if you’re lucky! Diverse local shops at 10min walk. The space Each studio is equipped with: • Air conditioning • TV 40' 4K with Netflix • Wi-Fi Internet (250mbps) • Electric cooker • Single electric cooktop • Kettle • Mini oven • Mini fridge • Ready-to-use basic spices Guest access For those with cars, in our neighborhood it's common to park in the street. There's a parking spot by the entrance. Other things to note The use of the space is exclusive to guests. Visitors and events are not allowed. Reservations available for maximum 2 guests. In case of smoking inside the studio, it will be charged an adicional cleaning fee of R$650. A property is for sale on the premises and we can receive viewings for that purpose in the common area Mon/Wed/Fri between 10am and 12pm.
