There is something for everyone here in this spacious 4 bedroom home full of amenities. We cater to traveling athletes, remote working professionals, traveling nurses and family groups without pets looking for mid and long term (30 day minimum stay) rental options. The space The principal bedroom includes a king-sized bed, and an adjacent bathroom with dual vanities, walk-in shower and jetted bath tub. It also includes 2 walk-in closets, one of which doubles as a small windowed office. Upstairs to the main level, on the top level of the home, there are 2 bedrooms. Both are fitted queen beds, one with a nightstand, lamp and dresser. The second contains a large desk, perfect for a home office, computer area or an extra room for storage. On the main level of the home you will find the living, dining, kitchen area with a sofa, smart TV, gas fireplace, pantry room and guest bathroom. Moving to the fully finished basement, you will find 2 additional rooms and a full bathroom. One room serves as an exercise room with a treadmill, elliptical, Total Gym and SmartTV. A second room can sleep up to 2 guests on a comfy queen bed. This room is also fitted with a desk and lamp, and has a spacious closet. The backyard of the home is one of it's best amenities. There is a covered carport, an outdoor kitchen complete with a BBQ grill and cooking utensils, a pellet smoker, a propane firepit, patio table, lounge chairs, bistro table with umbrella. The other end of the yard has a cozy hammock area, a small garden and chicken run area for outdoor storage. Guest access Our guests will have use of the entire home except for a downstairs storage area, utility closet and the garage. Other things to note Landscaping, snow removal, spa and other routine property maintenance visits will occur approximately once per week. Guests will be notified in advance when possible. Please note that personal USPS mail delivered to the curb mailbox will not be available at the property address. Guests should forward US mail routing to a BOX or use package deliveries to the door for personal deliveries. Guests are not permitted to use the property address when registering vehicles, obtaining insurance or any form of government ID. Any attempts to do so will be considered fraud and will be reported to the authorities.
