Just a 20min drive to Elizabethtown Sports Park or about 30mins to Bardstown -the bourbon capital. Our small town has some great mom and pop restaurants & shopping! The space Inside you have full access to the entire home with the exception of the unfinished basement. Outside you can enjoy sitting by the fire pit or using the grill provided. There are beautiful views and plenty of space for kids to run and play. Great place for wedding guests as the home is located about 4miles from The Barn at Hidden Meadow and 4miles from Mather’s Mill. Christian’s Landing at Smiths farm is about a short 13min drive. we are just 33 miles from green river lake, 19 miles from Elizabethtown sports park. we have a large driveway the can accommodate lots of vehicles and even boats and trailers With beautiful views of green fields, wooded land and a beautiful pond. It’s a quite getaway where you are sure to see deer, turkeys, geese and more. Guest access The entire 2700 sq ft home not including basement with 9 acres of open and wooded land. With prior approval from host access guest can have access to the stocked pond for fishing and walking trails through woods on the adjoining property. Where you are sure to see plenty of deer, turkeys, geese and plenty of nature! ⚠️ Please always use caution as sticks and limbs can be found on the ground causing tripping hazards. If requested use of the pond life jackets will be provided. Please monitor children especially around the pond. Other things to note ⚠️ Pond and walking trails are on a joining land and require permission to access. Equipment for fishing and life jackets can be available with this request. Please use caution around the 20ft deep pond and we kindly ask you to stay off the bridge at this time. 🐓 There are chickens on the land by the pond. They are free range and friendly chickens. However they have recently been known to make their way to the back yard by the house. They seem to be making friends with our guest.
