Modern apartment in the Black Forest

In a quiet and rural location in Achern-Fautenbach, at the foot of the northern Black Forest and at the entrance of the Achtertal valley, lies our spacious and cozy apartment with about 115 m² of living space. It is the ideal base for the numerous destinations in our region, such as the Hornisgrinde, the Europa Park or Strasbourg. The space The apartment is on the 1st floor of a detached house with entrance via the staircase. There is a bedroom of about 16 m² in the Black Forest style and overlooking the beautiful Hornisgrinde with a large bed (1.8 m x 2 m). A children's travel cot is available on request. In the bedroom there is a spacious wardrobe and a TV with cable connection and app streaming options. The open design of the dining room and kitchen offers a cozy seating area with a large table with eight seats. The table can be extended up to about 3 m if desired. Additional chairs or a high chair (IKEA) are available upon request. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality and modern electrical appliances. For example, with a BORA induction hob, Bosch oven with steamer, Miele dishwasher, Bosch refrigerator with separate freezer, kettle, toaster, smoothie maker, blender, filter & pads coffee maker, cooking & baking utensils and a Thermomix TM5. The kitchen also has various sets of dishes and glasses for every occasion. The 33 m² living room offers a quiet ambience with the perfect opportunity to relax. It is equipped with a U-shaped sofa, as well as a 65-inch TV with various app streaming options. The sofa can be pulled out into a sofa bed where two people can sleep if necessary. Two showcases are equipped with wine, cocktail and champagne glasses. The kitchen with dining area and the living room have underfloor heating with thermostat function, as well as air conditioning for hot days. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, a large sink with mirror cabinet and a toilet. Towels and bed linen are provided, as well as children's bed linen if needed. The apartment also has a large terrace that invites you to eat or sunbathe and relax. Smoking is allowed on the terrace, otherwise smoking is prohibited in the entire house. The attic of the duplex apartment as well as the ground floor + apartment are not included in the rent. Wi-Fi is available for free. Other things to take into account: We have a dear little Chihuahua named Lucky. However, we will not let him into your apartment or garden during your stay.
