🌿Our house is a charming and simple fisherman's house, full of life, warmth and that pleasant family atmosphere. Very airy with the sea breeze, always fresh and perfect for those who want to slow down. The house is one-story, entirely for you and sleeps up to 8 people. Located in the north of Ilhabela, it is in a quiet corner, away from the hustle and bustle and just 120 meters from the beach. Here, to wake up is to see the immense blue of the sea… It's a delightful experience to live with your loved ones!🌿 The space 🏠 About the House Single-story building. Large, bright and airy living room with fan, blackout, 2 sofa beds, table and Smart TV. Living room with ceiling fans, 2 single beds and mirror. Full bathroom with electric shower. Kitchen equipped with everything you need: pots, utensils, refrigerator, stove, microwave, electric oven, blender and coffee maker (220v). Service bathroom with toilet, mirror and sink. 2 bedrooms with double bed, ceiling fan, clothes rack/closet and luggage rack. 🌞 Comforts and Amenities Fast Wi-Fi (ideal for home office). Bed linens included (towels not provided). Clotheslines, squeegees, brooms and cloths. Delightful shower at the entrance and in the backyard for after the beach. Barbecue grill on the balcony. We don't have parking. We do not accept pets. 🗺️ Location Family neighborhood of fishermen, super quiet and safe. 10 min from Vila — historic center full of charm, shops and amazing restaurants. Grocery store 250 meters away. Beach nearby, 120m (steep street, as is common on the Island). At Armação Beach you will find: stand-up, canoeing, windsurfing, diving/snorkeling, fishing, jet-skiing and enchanting landscapes. Tents with portions, drinks, chairs and umbrella. Perfect pier for fishing and playing with children. Guest access Before arrival, we ask for a photo of all guests' ID. You pick up the key from the digital safe at check-in and return it at check-out. Other things to note ⚠️ Important for your stay Before check-in, we ask for the ID and CPF of all guests.
