Naomi’s Nook - the Blue Room

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Rooms with all amenities, including internet and desk, in a separate wing of this family home in a quiet, yet highly accessible neighbourhood. There is off-street parking and we are close to the bus stop with access to rapid bus services to different places around Canberra. The University of Canberra is a 10 minute drive and ANU is 20 minutes. The house is centrally heated with in-slab floor heating and reverse-cycle air units. The space There are two rooms that are available. The green room is located at the back of the house and has a queen bed. The blue room is in the middle of the house and has a king single bed. Both rooms have desks, shelves, and wardrobes either coat hangers and shelving / drawers for clothing and personal items. All linen and towels are provided. There is a large, shared bathroom with a spa bath, shower and toilet. The kitchen is also a shared space, with gas stove, electric oven, microwave and pod coffee machine. A separate refrigerator / freezer for guests to store food and cupboard space is also available . There is a family room area with a TV and an outdoor deck, with a gas BBQ. Guest access You will have access to your room and shared spaces like bathroom, kitchen, dining, family room and deck. For longer stays, you will have access to laundry. During your stay I live in this house and rent out individual rooms. It is not a house you will have to yourself. There may be other guests renting the other room, depending on bookings. Other things to note Preference given to female guests. Please note there are two older dogs who live in this space. They are friendly and stay out of guest wing.
