Pineland Express operates this beautiful 12 unit development in Fayetteville. All suites have complete renovations, with unique luxury touches such as custom tile work, granite counters, rainfall shower heads, LVP flooring, soft close drawers, etc. The property also boasts a gated entrance and outdoor security cameras. Each suite has a digital entrance system, smart technology thermostats, dedicated fiber internet, double soundproofing, pre-paid streaming services, full kitchens, and more! The space “1776” is our latest (and our favorite!) 1 bedroom layout that provides all the comforts of a fully furnished home. The theme and decor are a patriotic nod to the establishment of American freedom and independence, proudly celebrating the founding of this great country. You will find the space thoughtfully planned and laid out, and our welcome package provides basic essentials to help you transition after a day of travel. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, all basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and a spacious U-shaped layout all come together to provide a top notch kitchen, perfect for those who love to cook. The remaining living space holds a desk, two upholstered chairs, and a TV, ready for either a working professional or for relaxing after a full day. Moving into the bedroom, a king bed, dual nightstands, large dresser, and a second larger TV welcome you to settle in for the night. The attached bathroom boasts a custom tiled shower with both a wall mount and a rainfall shower head, a closet with iron/ironing board, 42” granite-topped vanity, and a stacked washer & dryer. There's nothing lacking in this upscale suite for your short or extended stay! *Note: a queen or full size air mattress with additional sheets, blankets, and pillows can be added upon request! Guest access Guests will have private access to their own suite. Pineland consists of 6 duplex units within our gated property.
