Classic Brick House

Classic two story brick house centrally located - approximately 37 minutes from State College, PA and 42 minutes from Harrisburg, PA. House can accommodate up to 6 individuals. Bedrooms located on 2nd floor. Bedroom 1 - queen size bed; Bedroom 2 - double bed and Bedroom 3 - bunk beds. 4th room upstairs is a den. 1/2 bath upstairs - shower with seat (no bathtub). Full bath on first floor. Kitchen, dining room, living room, front and back porch, and small sitting area on 1st floor. The space House is located along old route 322. You may hear some road noise. House is on outskirts of town and is adjacent to towing company which could have off hour activity. There are three available parking places. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and backyard. Guests will not have access to attic, basement and closet in upstairs den. These areas will be locked. Other things to note This property has been recently renovated, therefore no pets are permitted in the residence or on the grounds. This policy is firm and will be strictly enforced. If an unauthorized pet is found, you will be asked to remove it immediately.
