You will enter a spacious, bright, warm space decorated with quality materials and objects. Driftwood, marble, oak, parquet, linen, cotton, noble materials will accompany you during your stay. Very atypical, the place offers living rooms where it's nice to relax. In the living room, you will find a real cocooning space with a large sofa, a shelf with TV, coffee tables and lamps with soft lights. A relaxation area has been fitted with a therapeutic spa and sauna. Kitchen side, all the equipment is provided to concoct good dishes or simply have a coffee (Nespresso, kettle, oven, stove, toaster, pots, dishes, etc.). Bathroom side, luxurious walk-in shower, toilet and sink at your disposal. Bedroom side, upstairs, a large double bed is available to you. Possibility to add a travel crib for your infant. Other things to note House rules Before starting your stay: please read these few instructions on respecting the premises and the equipment made available. Introduction Guests are individually obligated to review and fully comply with these rules. The fact that no notification from customers is communicated upon arrival has the effect of full consent to these rules. The customer who made the booking is held financially responsible in the event of damage, and it is up to them to subsequently assert their rights with the persons accompanying them during their booking if necessary. Article 1: General Provisions Due to the nature of privatization, the owner of the accommodation is fully discharged from any breach of the rules of safety, good morals, hygiene and more generally of any damage or harm caused to customers inside the premises, resulting from non-compliance with the rules, laws or instructions mentioned verbally or posted on the premises and the website. Article 2: Damage Any damage will be charged to the customer on the basis of a restoration of the space by quality professionals or by replacement of the damaged elements. Article 3: Liability In the event of improper use of the facilities or non-compliance with the rules, the customer is required to cover the repair and/or restoration costs related to any damage that may have occurred in the rented accommodation. As such, each customer incurs their own civil liability. Article 4: Hygiene For water and equipment hygiene reasons, it is mandatory to remove makeup, wash with soap and rinse thoroughly before each entry into the hot tub and sauna. Indeed, traces of creams, massage oils, sun oils and all other beauty products could harm the proper functioning of the hot tub (clogging and damage to the filtration system). The use of soap is strictly prohibited directly in the hot tub and sauna. Article 5: Alcohol and food consumption No food and/or drink in the hot tub or sauna. The consumption of alcoholic beverages is your sole responsibility. As a reminder, alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, so consumption should be done in moderation. Article 6: Tobacco and drugs The use of drugs and illicit products is prohibited on the premises. No smoking inside the accommodation. Article 7: Nuisances No particular noise should, by its duration, repetition or intensity, disturb the tranquility of the neighborhood. No pets allowed in the accommodation. Article 8: Security During pregnancy, use of the hot tub and sauna may be harmful to the fetus (it is necessary to seek advice from your attending physician). In case of health concerns, cardiovascular problems, diabetes, obesity, varicose veins, skin lesions etc., it is necessary to seek advice from your doctor before using the hot tub and sauna. In all cases, it is imperative for the customer's own safety that they respect the rules of use of the hot tub and sauna. Article 9: Loan of bath towels and bathrobes Bath towels and bathrobes provided upon customer arrival remain the exclusive property of the company Monsieur Le Concierge, the customer is required to leave them in the space at the time of their departure. In case of non-compliance with this rule, the customer will be charged €50 (fifty euros) per product for replacement and compensation for the theft thus committed. Bath towels and bathrobes are provided in perfect condition upon the customer's arrival, any damaged loan product will be charged €50 (fifty euros per product for replacement and compensation.) Article 10: Rules for the use of equipment Article 10.1: Rules for using the sauna Access to the sauna is forbidden for children under 16 and children under 18 not accompanied by an adult. The sauna session is practiced in two stages: after a first session of 8 to 12 minutes, leave the sauna to relax and refresh yourself (2 to 3 minutes), then proceed to the second session for 8 to 12 minutes, staying in the sauna only if you feel well. When leaving, drink plenty of water and no alcohol. It is forbidden to enter the hot tub directly after leaving the sauna. First take a shower to cool off and wash to remove any traces of sweat on the skin. CAUTION: Vasodilation of the vessels due to heat triggers rapid acceleration of the heart rate and poses a danger to people with cardiovascular disease (leave the sauna immediately if you feel unwell). The sauna is forbidden for pregnant women. Article 10.2: Rules for using the hot tub Access to the hot tub is prohibited for children under 16 and children under 18 unaccompanied by an adult. It is the responsibility of the designated accompanying person to enforce this rule in the place. The hot tub is intended for: 3 people maximum Rules to be followed: Before each entry into the hot tub, take a shower with soap and water and rinse well. Tie up long hair. Creams, sun oils, massage oils and other body products are strictly prohibited in the hot tub. In case of damage to the equipment or use of soap in the hot tub, repairs to the damage will be at the expense of the guests. The following are prohibited in the hot tub: cigarettes, drugs, food and beverages. Prevent any breakage in the hot tub. To avoid any risk of drowning, exit immediately in case of fatigue or drowsiness, the heat reinforcing the effects of medication and alcohol and can cause unconsciousness. CAUTION: The hot tub is not recommended for pregnant women. In case of health concerns (cardiovascular problems, diabetes, obesity, etc.) it is necessary to seek advice from your doctor before using the hot tub. In case of skin lesions, it is not recommended to use the hot tub.
