Beautiful ranch in Mairiporã in the midst of nature!! Very close to SP, 30 min from Tucuruvi Subway. Perfect place to relax, enjoy nature and be with those you love! Indoor Area: Beautiful house with 2 bedrooms with double bed, balcony, 1 bathroom Outdoor Area: 2 bathrooms, barbecue area with tables and chairs, pizza oven, outdoor kitchen, dollhouse, near the river, natural pool and waterfall in a very pleasant environment. Beautiful property with 66,000 m² of green and preserved area. The space The house is in the middle of nature, great for relaxing and spending great moments with friends and family. You will have real contact with nature without giving up comfort. We rent 2 houses on the property, so if the other house is rented, the common areas must be shared, as well as the kitchen area that serves this house, which is located in the barbecue area. If you are interested in total privacy, please consult us about the availability to rent the entire space. We have horseback riding available as well (separate fee). There is the possibility of daily room cleaning (separate fee). It is worth mentioning that the owners' house is not part of the rental and that we may be in our house. Guest access The place is easily accessible. The best way to get there is to put in Waze or Maps as Sítio Borboleta Azul. If you come by Uber, offer the same directions to the driver. There are plenty of shops in the neighborhood and in the city, but you need a car to get around. If you are not coming by car, please consult us about possible local drivers and/or delivery services. We offer parking inside the property and next to the house. Other things to note Here you will have a lot of tranquility and be close to the city!! Your trip will be so short that you'll be glad to arrive so quickly! We offer pillows, but we do not provide sheets, towels, or blankets. We prefer to keep the prices low and each group brings its own bed linens. The house accommodates up to 12 people between beds and mattresses. If you want to have more space, ask us about the option to rent the whole place, thus having two houses and much more space. We have 2 houses on this property. If the other house is rented, the common spaces will be shared (including the kitchen that serves this house) but privacy will always be maintained in the house you have rented.
