The space Our apartment is completely loadshedding- and watershedding-free - yes, you read that right! You’ll have uninterrupted power and water throughout your stay. Guests also have the unique opportunity to book private dining experiences with our incredible chefs, Tebo and Lebo. They help us host the apartment and are published cookbook authors who have prepared unforgettable meals for guests in our penthouse before. They don’t live on the property but are available on demand for private dining, special occasions, or curated culinary experiences during your stay, bringing restaurant quality meals right to you. Also, From September to November, Pretoria transforms into a sea of purple as the famous Jacaranda trees bloom across the city. It’s one of the most popular and breathtaking sights of the year — and from our apartment, you’ll have one of the best views of this stunning display. Guest access You’ll be welcomed either by us, Simon and Anna-Lize, or by our assistant hosts, Tebo & Lebo, who are our friends and happen to be twins. They will greet you upon arrival, guide you to your safe parking spot, escort you to the penthouse, and hand over your set of keys. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll provide more details about the check-in process to ensure everything goes smoothly. Please note that we do have a security camera at the front door entrance that only monitors the entrance passage outside, not the inside of the apartment. Other things to note The apartment is located in Arcadia, Pretoria City, within a residential building in a safe and secure area surrounded by embassies, consulates, and diplomatic offices, with the police forensic department right across the street. A shopping center with a Woolworths Food is just around the corner, and a Plato Coffee is conveniently down the streets. The building also offers 24-hour security and safe, covered parking. We embrace the vibrant character of our location and the energy that comes with it. You may occasionally hear city sounds and somtimes sirens, especially since the presidential convoy often passes by on our street.
