Bathroom with bath/shower, heated towel rail and velux. Simple continental breakfast served in large room with balcony. Microwave, toaster, fridge for guests. Dinghies, kayaks and bike storage. This is 1 of 4 rooms at The Boat House, a waterside BER A Rated environmentally friendly accommodation. The space The Boat House is in a truly magical location looking out onto Adrigole Harbour, Hungry Hill and the Caha mountains. It is the perfect location for enjoying wildlife or adventures on the waters or up in the Caha hills. Situated onn the waters edge. you have instant access to the rocky beach, slipway and pier. A simple self service breakfast is provided in the spacious dining area with small kitchenette of microwave, sink, fridge and dishwasher. Tea and coffee is available. Drying room space for walking boots and wetsuits. Boatyard for storage of your kayak, sup, dinghy. Connected to West Cork Sailing Centre for kayak rental and sailing adventures. NB: the location is not suitable for small children due to balconies, pier and rocks. Guest access The Boat House is run as a simple Bed and Breakfast with 4 ensuite rooms. Guests have sole access to their ensuite room. The dining area with balcony is available for guests for breakfast from 7am to 10am and most evenings from 5pm. The breakfast room may be in use for training or crafting on some days from 10am to 5pm. During your stay Guests are welcome to message through the Air B&B app or directly by to Gail's mobile from 7am to 9pm. Gail runs the kayak rental off the pier and is around all day throughout the summer months and is available. Other things to note This room is one of four ensuite rooms in The Boat House. The Boat House is directly on the waterfront at the top of the slipway and alongside a rocky beach. It is NOT suitable for under 8 year olds. Breakfast is self-service with cereals, soda bread, butter, jam, choice of milks, juice, tea, ground coffee and fruit. Cafetiers provided for fresh ground coffee. Microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, dishwasher and sink is in the breakfast room.
