Conveniently located within easy reach of the entertainment, restaurants, shops, and playground, this newly refurbished and quirky retreat sits at the back of the park surrounded by green spaces that back onto farmland, providing a very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The beach is a 10 minute walk away through a short cut at the rear of the complex. The coastline itself is stunning with seven miles of sandy beaches 🏖️ and sand dunes. The space The chalet has been finished to a high standard and gives a cosy cabin feel rather than the more traditional chalet. It has everything you will need including a 50 “ smart TV , lovely flame effect fireplace, fully equipped kitchen ( there is a laundry room on site in the complex ) comfy beds and sofa bed, plenty of hot water so you’ll never run out! We supply coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper also hand towels and soap in the bathroom and towels for each person on the beds. This chalet gets the sun all day so great for sitting outside to enjoy your evening meal at the large picnic table. The entertainment centre is wonderful for the children with many exciting activities including two indoor swimming pools and a fun arcade! Stop in at the reception for full details of passes , activities and timetables. There are restaurants and bars on site and a convenience store. Dogs 🐕 are  welcome and love the green outside the chalet.😊 Rye, Winchelsea and Dungeness are a short drive away as are many other places of interest. Just outside the complex you will find cycle and walking paths to take you out into nature, everything you need for complete relaxation. Other things to note Passes for the complex can be purchased at reception upon entering the park. These passes grant you access to the pools and evening entertainment. The café and other amenities are accessible without passes during the day. Additional activities can be booked at the swimming pool reception for a small extra fee. PLEASE NOTE - Any commercial or working vehicles including large vans aren't allowed on park. Commercial vehicles will be turned away from the park and in this event no refund will be given.
