This modern unit is ideal for couples, friends, small families and solo business travelers looking for a comfortable room to stay for a night or two. The unit is conveniently located in the town of Vieux Fort within walking distance to the beach, supermarkets, bakeries, boutiques and other businesses. It’s only a 5 minute drive to the Hewanorra international airport. The space The unit is furnished with; * Air Conditioning * Queen sized bed * Black out curtains * High speed WiFi * 40 inch HD television * Two bed side tables * Three wall outlets * Ironing board and iron * Hangers * Laundry basket A mini kitchenette * Electrical two burner ceramic stove * Kettle * Microwave * Mini fridge with freezer * Some basic utensils and cutleries * Coffee, sugar, tea bags and water * Salt and black pepper * frying pans and small pan * single sink Modern washroom * Rainfall shower head * Handheld shower head * High pressure hot and cold water * Hand-soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper. * Wash rags, hand towel and bath towels Concrete yard - shared with other guest * Outdoor furniture * Small Charcoal grill Guest access The entire unit is for the guest private enjoyment however there are some shared spaces for other guest and host which include; * Free parking area * Yard with patio furniture for relaxing * Line area for hanging clothes Other things to note Standard check in is between 3pm to 4pm. Standard check out is at 11am, however later check out and earlier check in can be accommodated based on availability and a fee of 20usd to 30usd may be charged. Breakfast can be ordered from host at least the night before for USD10 per person and transportation to and from airport and beaches can be arranged at an additional cost. If the apartment or anything in the apartment is damaged, guest will be held responsible for damaged items. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the apartment and the space is not appropriate for parties NB: A fee of USD $250 will be charged for smoke treatment and cleaning if smoking takes place inside the apartment. Guests should be comforted with the knowledge that the property has cameras outside of the building.
