Room in Country Home

Stay in the guest bedroom of our cozy home on our 2-acre property where we have chickens, ducks, a goose, goats, a mini pig, dogs, and cats. Our home can be very lively at times with our mostly indoor dogs and cats and our 1-year-old baby. You will have a designated entrance, bathroom, and parking spot. You can use our kitchen and living room as you please. In addition to the full sized bed, we have available a folding cot bed and a full sized air mattress. The space Guests will be given a gate code for the automatic gate in the driveway to enter our fully fenced property. You will have a designated parking spot in front of the house. You will enter through the front door with a code for the deadbolt keypad and walk through the living room to get to the guest room. The designated bathroom is across the living room in the hallway. Let us know if you need additional parking for multiple vehicle, trailers, etc and we can accommodate. *To clarify, this listing is for the guest room in the house that we live in, not for a whole vacant house.* Guest access The guest entrance is our front door and me and my husband use the side door. The guest bedroom is on the opposite side of the house than the other bedrooms. Guests have full access to the kitchen and living room, and can explore our property and visit the animals as you please. During your stay We may be out and about around the house but keep to ourselves. You can let yourself in and out of the house as you please with the keypad on the front door. Other things to note 2 of our 4 dogs are inside mostly and sleep in our bedroom. If we are not home I will put one of the dogs in our bedroom and one in a crate in the living room. They may bark more when we are not home. Our baby sleeps in our room with us when we have guests, and sometimes cries in the night. Our bedroom is on the opposite side of the house from the guest room, so it shouldn’t be too noticeable. You can request an early check-in or late check-out for an additional $10 for an hour. If we can accommodate more time than an hour please ask and we can do our best. We will send you an invoice through the Airbnb app which will need to be paid before allowing the early/late check-in/out.
