Welcome to our forest and seaside cottage, a quiet retreat with breakfast, just 45 minutes from Slussen. Perfect for two people looking for peace, nature and a break from everyday life. Please note: Wood-fired sauna with hot tub can be rented for an additional fee. There is a large terrace with dining area, red infrared heating, outdoor kitchen and gas grill. Outdoor shower/dry toilet/shared shower available. Walking distance to beaches and nature reserves. Kayak rental and Bistro Björkvik (1.4 km) for dinner by the sea are nearby. The space Please note: Wood-fired sauna with hot tub can be rented for an additional fee. This charming little cottage of 12 m² can accommodate up to 2 people and is permeated with a good aura. The cottage is equipped with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm), we provide clean bed linens and towels. Organic breakfast is included, which consists of natural yogurt with granola, fresh sandwich and fruit, as well as tea or coffee. For your convenience, there is also a small refrigerator, kettle, microwave and basic porcelain and cutlery. Different types of tea, Nescafé and agave/sugar/honey are available, so you can easily enjoy a cup of tea/coffee whenever you wish. There are books, card games, chess games and logic wooden puzzles, perfect for both relaxation and brain training. On the large terrace there is a practical outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas grill and all the necessary porcelain and cutlery. For those who want to stay active, there are two bicycles to borrow as well as some different exercise equipment and a yoga mat for wonderful moments of yoga. Just let me know and I'll bring them out :) Note!!! The accommodation has only one dry toilet/separate. An outdoor faucet with drinking water is available right next door. During hot days, you can enjoy a sun-heated outdoor shower in the open air. The host's shower room in the large house is also available. We can also arrange an extra bed in the relaxation room in the sauna, including breakfast for an extra cost of SEK 600/person. Guest access As a guest, you have access to the entire mini house and the large balcony. You'll even have access to a gas grill for nice outdoor meals. The dry toilet is located next to the cottage for your convenience. There is an outdoor tap with drinking water a couple of meters away, a solar-heated outdoor shower for nice showers on hot days, and you also have access to our shower room in the large house next door. Wood-fired sauna with relaxation room & hot tub can be booked for an extra fee, please send a request. Our guests have access to two bicycles for a pleasant bike ride. Do you have children with you? During the summer, there is a large and safe trampoline – perfect for play, laughter and movement. If you have any questions or need help, we are always available to make your time here as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Bring your food because it is a 10 km drive to the nearest grocery store called Ingaröhallen, located in Brunn. The nearest bus stop is called Stora Sand and is only 750 meters from the property. Bus numbers 428x and 429x go from Slussen (Stockholm). For those coming by car, there is parking. There is a possibility to rent an inflatable SUP board Zray 297 x 76 cm for SEK 350/day (summer time). We can arrange an extra bed in the relaxation room in the sauna, including breakfast for an extra cost of SEK 600/person.
