We warmly welcome you to our beautiful and newly equipped oasis by the lake with 2 bedrooms. E-charging station (€0.88/kWh) The space Our oasis by the lake & 2 bedrooms offers space for 4 guests with a size of approx. 65 square meters and is also dog-friendly (max. 3). From the entrance area you can access all three adjoining rooms, as well as the two bedrooms with 1.60 m cozy Lattoflex double bed, a 55-inch TV and a built-in wardrobe to store your luggage. There is a slightly larger and a smaller bedroom. Both bedrooms are at the back to the parking lot and are very quiet. In each bedroom, we have fly screens and some toys for children. A travel bed is also available. The bathroom has a floor-level shower, toilet, sink and window. Shower gel and shampoo are available in the bathroom. Towels and linens are included. The living area has a cozy niche with a 3-seater sofa, armchair and TV, fully equipped kitchenette with some extras and a dining table. Coffee, tea, spices, oil, vinegar, dishwashing tabs and dishwashing liquid are always available for our guests. In the kitchen, bowls and spoons for babies are also available. The terrace with gas grill and fenced garden adjoins the living area. Free parking with an electric charging station is also included in the apartment. The electric charging station can be used for an extra charge. The garden is located on the lake road, which runs once around the whole lake and is more heavily used in summer. In the morning and evening it is usually quiet there and from October - March anyway. The lake can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. New: Sauna 🧖‍♀️ The sauna can be booked optionally. It is located in the basement and is a small wellness oasis with two loungers, shower and toilet. It is shared by two apartments – when you use it, it is of course exclusively available to you, the room is not accessible to others during this time. Use is flexible as long as the sauna is free.
