Great Room With View In Spacious, Comfy Apartment

Excellent room with pretty view in an apartment complex with full guarded security in the safe and growing neighborhood of Buenos Aires. Ideal location: only minutes away from downtown or the new Commercial Center next door, and on the way to Santa Elena and the airport. Beautiful, spacious room with plenty of privacy in a large, cool apartment on the top floor of 5 story building. Quiet and comfortable, everything in the apartment works and it´s easy to relax and feel at home here. The space The room is medium-sized with a ton of closet space for your things and has a breathtaking view of the urban mountain towering nearby. The rest of the apartment is spacious and lovely: a finely built, classic apartment with all amenities, plenty of privacy, closet space and extra areas to spread out in, plus a hot shower and a nice kitchen to enjoy. Easy to feel at home here and relax or get things done- a very comfy couch and fast wi-fi are yours. It feels like you are renting an entire, large apartment. Guest access This is a big, spacious apartment with 3 medium-sized rooms, 2.5 baths, a huge entrance room and a good, large, very usable kitchen. Guests love the way they can make themselves at home here. I live on the second story that was built on, ensuring your full privacy. You are free to enjoy the palacial shared spaces- the kitchen, hall, bathroom with hot shower and the extra lounge/work room. There are two different views from the apartment- one, of the nearby "Jardin" mountain, is awesome and relaxing and the other, of Medellin´s previous Main Street, provides full-time, interesting entertainment. The urbanization has several mini-markets, a sport\gym area, plenty of green spaces and 3 guarded entrances: the main, pedestrian one on Ayacucho right beneath the apartment; one open to cars; and one of which conveniently connects with the Tranvia station Loyola, named after the urbanization. Ideal location to move around the city. Very quiet with lots of families and abundant green spaces. Virtually no tourism around here, authentic and very cool place to be. During your stay I'll make sure you have everything you need and will be living in the apartment's upper floor, respectful of your full privacy and out of your way. When at home I mostly hang out on my floor but will regularly use the shared spaces. I make coffee and occasionally cook a meal in the kitchen and will use the hall sometimes. I work long, regular hours and am frequently gone for the whole day and\or night. I'm always available and generally nearby when I'm not working or staying in Santa Elena. Other things to note This is a very peaceful and quiet apartment complex, please be respectful and keep it that way. The other room that I rent, with private bathroom, has a window onto a loud and busy street but the room listed here with the view is quiet and comfy.
