Idylliq presents a family property in a unique setting 1 hour from Paris! Two houses in a large walled garden with swimming pool in the middle of the Normandy countryside. Barbecue, garden table, outdoor games and heated swimming pool (May-September), it is a paradise in the countryside for young and old. Anet Castle is 15 minutes away, Évreux Cathedral is 30 minutes away. [Please note that from December to February only the first house is available]. Parties and large groups are not allowed. The space Accommodating 7 adults and 4 children (and in winter 4 adults and 3 children), the houses are spacious and offer an idyllic setting for a family getaway. ***Composition of the accommodation*** The property consists of two houses In the first house you will find On the ground floor - Kitchen - Living room with fireplace - Dining room - Bathroom - Double bedroom Upstairs - Double bedroom - Bathroom - Children's room with a bunk bed and a single bed In the second house [open from March to November] you will find: On the ground floor - Veranda with games - Bedroom with double bed - Bathroom - Laundry room Upstairs (2 connecting bedrooms): - Bedroom with a pull-out bed and a single bed - Bedroom with a child's bed Access is via an external staircase or for adults via a miller's ladder. Access locked by child barrier and lock. Please note that this house is not available between December and February, it is open for rent from March to November. Linens and towels are provided, as in all Idylliq properties. The property's garden includes a 7 m X 3.5 m swimming pool heated from May to September, a barbecue, and a table for al fresco dining. It is surrounded by fields on all sides, you will be in a real green setting! Please note: the house can only accommodate a maximum of 7 adults. ***For families*** This house is a real paradise for families! You are alone without neighbors in the middle of the fields, the children can let off steam in the garden while you prepare the barbecue or have an aperitif around the pool. Games and toys are available for children. Inside, many board games will allow you to spend friendly moments by the fireplace. There's even a piano for music lovers! ***Infants and toddlers*** Available: - 2 baby beds - a high chair - a changing table - babybjorn baby bouncer - a babycook robot The garden is completely enclosed by walls. The pool is secured with a tarp. Linens and towels are provided as in all properties of the Idylliq Collection. ***Nearby*** 4-minute drive to Boussey: producer shop, bakery, butcher shop 10 minutes to St André de l'Eure, Pacy sur Eure or Ivry la Bataille, you will be spoiled for choice between the markets, Carrefour, Leclerc, Intermarché, grocery stores... Guest access You will have access to the entire property (except the technical shed): the 2 houses, the garden, the pool. Other things to note It is strictly forbidden to bring a pet into this house. Please take this into account for the smooth running of your stay and to respect the rules of the property. Parties and large groups are not allowed. If you use the barbecue, please clean it before you leave, otherwise we will be obliged to charge you an additional fee. In winter, our houses are heated between 19°C and 21°C for your comfort and to preserve the environment.
