Swallows Nest is nestled in a cosy courtyard of a working farm in the heart of the South Hams, an area of outstanding natural beauty in the Devon Countryside. Our bespoke shepherds hut is a perfect romantic get away. This newly built self catering hut is finished to a high standard with a warm cosy country feel, perfect for couples looking for a peaceful get away relaxing in the hot tub under the stars with a glass of fizz. The space Swallows Nest is fully equipped with 2 electric rings and an air fryer. Full size fridge (no freezer) complementary tea, coffee and milk so you can have a cuppa as soon as you arrive. The hut is run on spring water so therefore we provide bottled drinking water in the fridge. You will sure to have a cosy nights sleep in the double bed with light dimmers throughout. On the cooler evenings you’ll be kept warm by an electric fire stone stove. The en-suite bathroom comes fully equipped with a duel shower head, heated towel rail, shower gel and hand soap. Unwind in its own private seating area on the bistro set for two with a Devon cream tea or alongside our rustic BBQ/ Fire-pit. Perfect for the cooler evenings toasting marshmallows. All towels and bedding are provided. We also provide 1 box of logs and firelighters for your stay. Additional boxes of logs can be supplied at an extra cost of £8 a box. We just ask you kindly to leave the money in the money jar in the box, thankyou. We supply sliders for you to use whilst walking from the hut to the tub. We offer various breakfast hampers delivered to your door, you will find these advertised in our photos. Please message for more details. Well known beaches, Slapton, Blackpool Sands, South Milton, Bantham, Bigbury and Salcombe to name a few. Or if you're looking to visit a town we have three within a 15 minute drive, Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge. On our doorstep is two pubs within a 5 minute walk. The New Inn, Moreleigh well known for a traditional country pub. Plenty of local farm shops/cafes where your find lovely local produce.
