The space This Airbnb is much more than just a space to sleep - it is a magical destination with 10 acres to explore and experience tons of wildlife, hiking, fishing, swimming and spending time with horses and dogs! This RV has everything you'll need to enjoy a peaceful and luxurious stay. It's quiet and very serene, so whether you're here for a night or longer, you'll be sure to get a very restful night's sleep along with enjoying all of the beautiful scenery. This luxury 36 ft RV has it all! Super spacious with all the amenities you will need while away from home. Super comfy memory foam Queen size bed . Living room has theater seating along with a cozy fireplace. Please note: due to safety concerns there is no stove or oven provided. Outdoor cooking with a propane BBQ grill, air fryer, waffle maker, microwave and toaster inside. Go outside and be transformed by the gorgeous equestrian property, the meandering Tongue River runs along the entire North side of the property. Fly fishing, hiking, hanging with the horses, sit by the fire pit at night or gazebo by the river. This property and experience will NOT disappoint! Guest access This RV is nestled into a beautiful spot surrounded with trees, a view of the mountains and a deck under the awning with outdoor furniture for added enjoyment. Very private yet easy access. You’ll see and hear all sorts of wildlife during your stay. Horses can be seen from your deck on most days. Enjoy the well manicured grounds and the river as you quiet your mind and listen to your soul… This luxury RV is immaculate and extremely well planned out for our guests. It won’t disappoint! Other things to note Since this is an Equine facility we have horses around the property in very secure paddocks. Please do not disturb the horses without us being in attendance with you. Please treat all hot wire as if it's hot. Throughout our listing we remind all of our guests we do not host smokers or vapors. Also note that there will be Great Pyrenees dogs roaming the property in the daytime. These dogs are working Guardian Livestock dogs who love people, especially children! But, will not tolerate other dogs. They will be kenneled at night so they will not bark.. We live and work on the property so we are only a text away from anything you may need! it is our hope you enjoy all this area has to offer. We do require guests to be 21 years old to make a reservation with us.
