The Aledo Cliff House is a newly renovated 3 bed, 2 bath home with amazing views of Aledo Valley. Luxury finishes, a huge kitchen and even larger back deck to soak in the views and family time will make your stay memorable here in Aledo. Whether you're staying for a while or just coming for a short visit, you'll feel like you're on top of the world but you'll only be 5 minutes from the square in downtown Aledo. The home is zoned for Coder Elementary in Aledo ISD. Why not stay somewhere unique!? The space - 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - Master with memory foam king bed and en-suite bathroom and closet - 2nd bedroom with a memory foam queen bed and walk in closet - Jack and Jill bath connecting secondary bedrooms with double sink and separate tub / toilet room - 3rd bedroom with 2 memory foam twin beds and walk in closet - great size kitchen with new appliances - breakfast bar with seating for 5 - kitchen stocked with all cooking necessities - huge covered back deck with awesome views of Aledo Valley - outdoor dining table with seating for 6 - outdoor gas BBQ grill - hardwood floors and tile throughout Guest access You'll be sent a personalized code for the keypad lock on the front door when your stay nears. The whole cliff house is yours and the unfenced yard space on either side of the gravel driveway. Please refrain from going down the hill in the back, as the terrain is rough. Other things to note The Aledo Cliff House is custom built and priced for mid-term stays. Please feel free to message me with any questions you may have. Pets: We welcome your well-behaved furry friends! All pets must be listed on the reservation when booking. The Pet Fee is $100 per dog and is non-refundable. (Pet fees are incorporated into your total when pets are added to your reservation) Pet policy: Pets must be listed on reservation when booking Limit of 2 (adult dogs only); no puppies Must be housebroken No pets on furniture or beds Please bring their pet beds/crate Please keep dogs on leash outside at all times as property is not fenced and wildlife is in the area. Please wipe pet paws when muddy outside (towels provided) Please do not leave pets alone unless crated. Pick up all pet poo Pet fee is non-refundable A few things the house doesn’t have: -no fenced in yard -The house is built near the edge of a hill to maximize the view. There is plenty of yard space in the front but not much flat area. -Please refrain from going down the hill, as the terrain is rough. -no garage -There is ample parking on the concrete pad under the tree and on the gravel drive, but there is no garage or covered parking area.
