Beautiful family home

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. It's perfect for a vacation if you enjoy a lovely garden, fully equipped kitchen surrounded by a traditional "village" neighbourhood. You will be staying in a family environment (no rental Airbnb home), so our personal things are in the house, as well as some toys of the boys. On the second floor we have our master bedroom and a kids room with two high quality adult mattress (90 x 200cm). Both beds are comfortable for adults to sleep in. The space First floor: - an entrance garden with grass, surrounded by green walls. You can also bring the outside table to dine here. - living room & dining room with 5 chairs (2 of them suitable for adults and kids alike) - fully equipped kitchen - a toilet - laundry room with wash machine & dryer - outside area with two lounge chairs, eating table and a swing. Second floor: - master bedroom with a couple bed (160 x 200cm) w/ a high quality mattress - kids bedroom with two beds (90 x 200cm) w/ 2 high quality mattress - Bathroom with a shower & toilet If you are travelling with kids, they are allowed to play with the toys of our sons. Just let us know so we guide into what we have. Our only request is to return toys to where they originally were. Guest access There is plenty of free parking in front of the house. There are also opportunities to rent a bike (great option in Breda). The nearest bus stop is 10 minutes walking (Dr. Struyckenplein) with direct buses to the city center and Central Station every 10-15min. The house is 10 minutes drive from the Central Station and 15 minutes by bus. Other things to note Since this is our family home (where we usually live) we have no instant booking allowed because we will be choosing the guests that fit our vision to enjoy our home. We give preference to families, couples and prefer not renting for groups / parties. We appreciate your understanding.
