Other things to note Our property is located near the Pennsylvania State line - Beaver County area and also in close proximity to Ohio areas of Boardman, Columbiana and Youngstown. Parking: Please park on the street in front of the home or as close to in front of the home as possible. Please do not block any driveways on the street. Do not park in the yard. We would love for you to sign our Guest Book! Damages: The home is cleaned and inspected before all guests arrive. We kindly ask that you take care of and respect our property. Should you cause breakage or damage to something during your stay, please message us through Airbnb right away. You will be charged for the damage and likely charged an hourly fee for extensive repairs and it will be reported to Airbnb. A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed for noncompliance with house rules and leaving the property in an unsatisfactory condition - kindly treat our property with respect and leave it as you found it.
