Perfect Gites - 2 house rental - 3bhrooms

You can rent either the main house or gite or both together. Currently sleeps up to 13. 3 double bedrooms (2 x standard size beds and 1 king), 2 bedroom with 2 singles and 3 sofa beds. Sofa beds sleep one person only. The house has a downstairs bathroom & the gite has an upstairs ensuite bathrooms. Both have the sofa beds downstairs. 2 full kitchens, outside seating. Bbq / smoker. Large 2000 m2 garden to the front. Village hall opp. 2 not close neighbours The space Babies are included in the headcount numbers and as such will need to be included in the headcount on this platform. Additional people may result in the booking being cancelled. Only over 18s can book. Rates include "normal usage" for electric and we do not mind bikes being charged. This however should only be in our garage and never unattended (ie you go out) or overnight. Vehicle charging is strictly forbidden. Guest access For renting both properties together you will have full access to the premises and front garden. Other things to note City taxes for 2026 / 3 star accommodation are 1.80e per person per night. Only over 18's can book. There is a secured garage which is suitable for cycles as well as motor bikes
