In this place you live close to everything, the location is central. The apartment is located just a few minutes walk from the bus terminal and football field and Malakoff with a lovely hiking area. About 10 minutes walk to the mall and Sagastad. If you want to bring a child or extra person, we can set up a mattress on the floor or a travel bed. There is a double bed as a starting point. But there is a possibility to both sleep on a mattress on the floor in the living room or on the sofa. Please let us know about this :) The space Basement apartment in a single dwelling for the landlord. 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom. 1 Bedroom with a bunk bed. The lower bunk is 120 cm wide. Suitable for 1-2 people. The upper bunk is 90 cm wide. The possibility of an extra person if you travel with e.g. more children, as we have a travel bed. We also have a mattress if someone wants to sleep on the floor in the living room or sleep on the sofa. Let us know and we will arrange what is suitable for you ☺️ Pillow, duvet with bed linen. Towel 50x100cm and small guest towel for all guests. No private patio for the apartment, but guests can use an area with sandpit and play kitchen and pitch. Note that the landlord's 4 children use the garden as well. But there are great outdoor areas/park/Malakoff a stone's throw from the house. Recommend Saga Park or Malakoff and Jektehola if you want to enjoy quiet sunny days. Guest access You can use the entire basement apartment. Door from the living room and into the landlord's part of the basement is locked. A nice little area outside with sandpit, play kitchen and small garden area/plot that guests are welcome to use. Other things to note The apartment is located in a detached house in a very quiet area. No events or parties are allowed. Do not want gatherings of people other than guests (e.g. pre-wedding). We want quiet and orderly people 😊
