Brooklyn Hill House-a life changing off grid experience. Located on a 6th gen family farm in a forest by the Broken creek. You can be completely alone in this quiet spot. 2.5 hrs from Melbourne-10 min to the town of Nathalia. Everything supplied + luxury touches, flush toilet & outdoor bathroom with wood/gas hot water. Limited access to pool in hot weather. Platters, campoven meals, history tour by buggy avlb children at exr cost . 3 nights long w'ends & school hols.7 days notice needed. The space 3 night minimum public & school holidays , 7 days advance notice will be needed due to farm commitments at busy times. This is a place to learn to be alone, to have nature at your door. You can expect not to see anyone for several days unless you want contact. You may well see native animals especially on an evening walk along the creek. Bird life is plentiful with some endangered species finding sanctury here. Our guests mostly enjoy the peace, clean air and a chance to fend for them selves. Queen bed upstair, children as extra guest have a camp stretcher down stairs. The out door shower is set up for you, with some luxury products all linen supplied. Out door bathroom & full flushing toilet .You have a combustion stove for heating & cooking plus a bbq, webber, gas stove & every thing else you will need, including eski & ice. Lighting is solar powered. There is no cooling in the Hill House, be aware this area can get very hot in the summer months & quite cold in the winter. Food options of, grocery shopping, morning or afternoon tea, lunch or dinner plus tours of the near by Barman forrest & Murray River can be arranged at an extra cost Guest access The cabin & area around the cabin of several acres is also yours to explore. Pool in the homestead grounds is available for limited use in hot weather. Other things to note Fire to be lit only on hosts approval dependent on weather conditions at all times Shower is an out door camp shower with hot water service This area can be very hot in summer, limited shared use of the homestead pool will be offered in hot weather .
