This is the perfect holiday place for those looking for luxury, comfort and stunning views in one of the most beautiful locations in Curacao. With 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, spacious living room, kitchen with kitchen island, pool deck with lounge sofa and sunbeds, place for 10 people and a baby up to 2 years, the villa offers everything you need to have a relaxing holiday. The space The villa offers comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 10 people + 1 baby up to 2 years of age. With five bedrooms and three bathrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone. The bedrooms have king-size beds (180×200 cm), walk-in closets, air conditioning and all have shutter windows with built in screens. On the first floor, three bedrooms share a bathroom. The master suites on both the ground and first floor have a private bathroom with walk-in shower and rain shower. In all the bathrooms you will find shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Also there is a professional hair dryer available. Bath and bed linen include as well as hammam towels for the pool. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the equipment you need to prepare your favorite meals, including a dishwasher, gas stove, oven, American fridge with water and ice dispenser, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine (cups) and milk frother. In the open living room, you can relax at the bar or in the sitting area with 70-inch TV and Sonos sound system. There are Dutch/European sockets throughout the villa. The sliding doors open to the porch, which seamlessly merges inside and outside. Take a cooling dip in the 6×3 meter private pool, or relax on one of the sunbeds or the lounge sofa on the pool deck. Around Villa Yuana there is always a cooling breeze blowing. On the porch you will also find a gas barbecue. Villa Yuana is perfectly located between Curacao's two hotspots; Jan Thiel and Mambo beach. Guest access For an occupancy of less than 10 people, the other bedrooms will be closed. Other things to note Maximum of 10 people and 1 baby/child under 2. Minimum length of stay is 5 nights (14 nights during Christmas/New Year). Rates include: - 7% local tourist tax (OB). - Bed, bath and kitchen towels - Pool Hammam Cloths - Free Wifi in and around the house - Free cot, highchair and buggy on request - Normal consumption of water and electricity. This includes: - 22 kWh of electricity and 1m3 water for 6 people - 4 kWh of electricity and 0.2m3 water per extra person After this, the following rates are used for the more consumption: - Electricity consumption €0.50 per kWh - Water consumption €7.00 per m3 In addition, interim cleaning with linen service for stays longer than 7 nights is €150.00 (mandatory) These costs will be settled with you by way of an advance payment/deposit after your booking.
