Cozy room in Lund - close to Uni

A cozy room in a family home in Lund, with easy access to public transportation, friendly cats and a super comfy 140cm sofa bed that easily fits two people. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to shops, parks and the University campus The space We live in a town house in a quiet 1960s neighborhood in northern Lund. It's close to grocery stores and the university campus. Depending on the department, it is a 15-40 minute walk, and for the longer distances you can take a bus at one of the bus stops 5 minutes away with buses leaving every 10-20 minutes. There are two public parks close by where you'll find tons of outdoor activities and there's a playground right outside the kitchen window. Our cats, Thor and Nala, will happily receive cuddles if you offer them but will leave you alone if you want them to. Oh, and there's free parking on the premises. Guest access The room is on the upper floor of our home with a north facing window. You will have a desk to work at, storage for your clothes and a comfy 140cm sofa bed. A shared full bathroom is just outside the door to your room. On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen. We've made space for you in the fridge and you're welcome to use spices, oils and other stuff that you normally don't travel with if you want to make yourself a meal. There is a washroom in the basement with a washer and drier plus any detergents you might need. Use it whenever you need. The backyard is a sheltered and sunny spot where you can relax, eat your breakfast, have a smoke or do whatever the occasion calls for. During your stay Everyone is out for work and school during the day except for Styrmir, who mostly works from home, tucked away in the basement office. Outside of work and school we usually enjoy each other's company at home with books, knitting, playing instruments or watching TV. We are always up for a chat and welcome new company, but are also understanding to those who want space. Other things to note We've set the check in at 16:00 because of work during week days but we can very often be flexible so be in touch if you want to arrive earlier.
