Hi! Welcome to our wonderful casita! Light and bright, this modern detached home offers everything you would need for your stay. Just finished in 2019, everything is still new and fresh. It's equipped with a full kitchenette, meaning cooktop, mini-fridge, dishwasher and sink, along with a private bathroom. Location is perfect: a 10 minute ride down the bike path to the beach and less than a 1/2 mile from the shops and offices of Playa Vista. 31+ day stays only The space The space is outfitted like a high end hotel room with a queen bed, strong guest wifi, Grohe fixtures, and smart tv with Alexa. Just email prior, and we'll have an air mattress for you as well if needed. Guest access Guests will have access to the Casita as well as the outdoor table and chairs next to it. Other things to note We're close to Playa Vista, Culver City, and Silicon Beach neighborhoods. Great for anyone who wants to be near Apple, Google, IMAX, Meta, or Samsung. We're also 10-15 mins from the beach, LAX, LMU and SoFi Stadium.
