The Fountain Residence

The house is located in the center of the village of Mozzio in Valle Antigorio at 825 meters above sea level, is accessible directly from the road, near the historic fountain. It is located 20 minutes from Domodossola, near the Premia Thermal Baths, not far from the Toce Waterfalls in Val Formazza and the Alpe Devero Natural Park. The space The space consists of an entrance terrace. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a TV and a double sofa bed. Kitchen with main appliances and dining area. On the same floor is the anteroom and the bathroom with toilet, washing machine and glass shower stall. On the first floor: bedroom with double bed and single bed. Wardrobe and balcony. Wi-Fi connection available. The heating is autonomous gas, pellet stove in the living area and kitchen and electric convector in the sleeping area. Guest access Access to the house is from the main road on the ground floor. Other things to note No additional people are accepted outside of those booked.
