Room in Woodburn next to I-5 / 1Gb Internet

Private room, in a family home, located in a beautiful new HOA neighborhood. Within minutes of I5, Outlets, and various dining. Our family will be in the home everyday as this is our only residence. We do our absolute best to respect your privacy and peace, but we also welcome friendly conversation. ❗️As of 11/2025 there is a newborn in the home ❗️ Your room will have a lock and key. For extended stays please take note of accessible amenities. ❗️Our listing is strictly for one guest only The space Guest room and bathroom are located on the second floor immediately as you enter the home. Access is via stairs. The other amenities/rooms accessible to guests are on the first floor. Street parking only as we do have one car in the driveway and another in the garage that is regularly driven. Driveway can be temporarily used for loading/unloading. At check-in time there is usually parking directly in front of the home on the street. Please take note that street parking in front of the home can be more difficult later in the evening (6:00+ PM). Guest access Guests will have access to their room and a private bathroom across the hall from their room. As a bonus, guests will also have access to the rec room and dining room downstairs. It is preferred that food is eaten in the dining room to avoid bedroom messes and unnecessary cleaning fees. ***IMPORTANT*** -Stove is not accessible (Walmart is nearby and there are multiple dining locations within minutes) -Laundry room is not accessible (we have a local laundromat and this is a small town so you wouldn’t have to go far) -Microwave is available for use -Fridge can be used for storage of perishables and drinks -Hot drink/snack station is available in kitchen ***FOR A SEPARATE DAILY RATE WE DO ALLOW ACCESS TO THE STOVE AND LAUNDRY ROOM*** -Access to stove OR laundry room: $77/night -Access to stove AND laundry room: $100/night During your stay This is a family home where 3 young children reside. ‼️As of November 2025 there will be a newborn in the home as well. Unfortunately, with newborns not having a set sleep schedule it’s not always easy to calm them down in the middle of the night. Please take note of this prior to requesting our AirBnb. We do appreciate your understanding 🙏. The listing is for occupancy of one of our bedrooms (one guest only) and a private bathroom. The other amenities and rooms accessible to the guest in the posting are shared. We work from home majority of the time. If anything is needed by the guest please feel free to message or speak with us. Other things to note For extended stays: Our standard daily rate reflects the access our guests have to the home. We would like to emphasize that the stove and laundry room are not accessible to the guest. For extended stays, please plan ahead. -The shared dining room is preferred for eating to avoid messes in your room and unnecessary cleaning fees. -The fridge is available for use if you need to store perishables and drinks. ‼️ACCESS TO STOVE AND/OR LAUNDRY‼️ To get access to the stove and/or laundry room, please review the “Guest Access” section of the listing description for separate nightly rates. If you need either of these amenities please let us know before we approve your stay. You may need to cancel your booking request so we can update the nightly rate accordingly for your requested stay. Once updated we will let you know so you can rebook your stay.
