The guest room is private, with shared guest bathroom. The room overlooks the water. The community is quite and dog friendly. The neighborhood is close to restaurants, shopping entertainment and short drive to the beaches as well as St Augustine. Guest access The guestroom is upstairs to the left overlooking the water. The shared guest bathroom is right next to the guestroom. A binder with information is located in the guestroom, towels are also provided. During your stay The home is shared with host. It is up to the guest how much or little contact with the host they may have. The guest can get in touch with us anytime if needed. Other things to note Parking is across the home a parking decal will be given to guest, when host is not available decal is hanging by the front entrance. No parking allowed on the side of the street.The home is shared with host.
