We can accommodate up to 6 people. - Living Room, Dining Room and Restroom - Home Office - 3 En-suites with Air-Conditioning - Full kitchen with utensils - Laundry with washing machine, clothesline for drying, iron and ironing board. - Private Barbecue Area -The entire apartment has security screens and 3 parking spaces - Appliances: Smart TV (open channels), blender, microwave, refrigerator, stove with oven, electric water dispenser, sandwich maker, etc. Guest access BEFORE CHECK-IN AND IN ADVANCE, WE ASK YOU TO SEND THE IDENTIFICATION OF ALL GUESTS TO ENABLE ENTRY AND ACCESS TO THE CONDOMINIUM. ONLY THE NAMES LISTED WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE CONDOMINIUM. THE CONDOMINIUM ADMINISTRATION ONLY ALLOWS VISITS WITH PRIOR NOTICE AND ONLY UPON IDENTIFICATION. UPON ARRIVAL, THE DOORMAN WILL IDENTIFY THE GUESTS. Other things to note FAMILY ENVIRONMENT, therefore, OBSERVE THE RULES regarding noise after hours. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED in the apartment, including bathrooms and balconies. Pay attention to electrical appliances, and turn them off after use. We have air-conditioners only in the en-suites and 3 parking spaces, but it is essential to provide the license plate and model of the vehicle to have access to the condominium. NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS ALLOWED. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED, PLEASE DO NOT INSIST! NO PARTIES ALLOWED. NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED. Our apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 (six) guests, so we kindly ask you to pay attention to this number of guests, including children.
