The space Our luxurious 1 bedroom condo, conveniently located on the second floor boasts a king sized bed, 1 sofa bed, two televisions (one with cable) and complimentary high speed Wi-Fi. The unit includes an assigned work station, open concept living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen for the preparation of your meals. Guest access Amenities include: Roof top pool and sun deck, elevator, keyless entry, 1 free assigned parking, 24 hours security, private balcony, indoor and outdoor gym. Other things to note Items provided: We will provide all linens to include sheets, towels, wash rags, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, shampoo and bath gel. Extra linens and ample supplies are provided for your stay. Please note that we do not provide room service or a restock of supplies during your stay. Housekeeping during your stay may be provided at an additional cost. Please note that our kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pan, glasses, plates and utensils. Washing machine and dryer are available for guest staying a minimum of 7 nights or if shorter, at an additional cost. Things to take on your trip: Food items, laundry detergent, condiments and other personal items that you deem fit. IMPORTANT DETAILS: 1. All guests arriving at the condominium must be registered with the host prior to arrival. An ID MUST be provided on entry for ALL registered guests and visitors. 2. Photo shoots and music videos are strictly prohibited. 3. Functions, parties and smoking are strictly prohibited; fees are applied for disregarding this rule. 4. Clothing and shoes are required in all common areas outside of the unit except for the pool side. 5. Decorating the unit is strictly prohibited.
