Q19/23/49 buses to subway lines E/F/M/N/W and #7 runs from my corner of Apt. Every 10 minutes from 6AM-9PM(peak) into Manhattan within 40-45 minutes. Laundry and Dunkin’ Donuts across Street. 24 hour Supermarket across St. Main Street in Flushing less than 2 miles. The space Split level lower 2 bedroom apartment., where you will occupy rear bedroom and have access to kitchen/dinette/ bathroom common areas( with rear entrance). Room has 2 Queen Beds, Suitable for up to 4 guest. Your entry will be through back door at end of driveway. Dual central air and central heat throughout. The Q19 to N train in Astoria OR Q49 to #7/N/R/M/E train will have you in Manhattan within 15 minutes. Guest access Guest can access the Rear bedroom, and the common areas of kitchen/dinette and bathroom/shower. Rear access entry upon check-in and during stay. Local cable and select channels plus Netflix, Amazon Prime. During your stay I might occupy or rent front bedroom to other guest so you may have shared kitchen/bath. Other things to note Masterbedroom Reservations gain access along side entrance, along grass green fence and 4-5 steps down to the in rear of house. I’ll provide you with key and am in process of installing lock box with combination.
