The space The accommodation consists of an entrance with storage giving access to a first bathroom with vanity unit, shower and dry toilet. A living room with sofa bed (140 x 200 bed with mattress topper) with TV area (YouTube, Prime, Netflix & replay) and a dining room overlooking the furnished and equipped kitchen with dining area for 4/6 people. The sleeping area consists of two main bedrooms, one with a king-size bed (160 x 200) and a bench that can be used as a baby bed thanks to a safety barrier that is graciously made available to you. The other bedroom has a 90 x 200 single bed and a bunk bed (child over 6 years old) consisting of a 140 x 200 bed at the base and a 90 x 200 bed accessible via a small ladder. There is a common dressing area for the 2 bedrooms. The large bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and laundry area is accessible through the large bedroom. The outdoor area of about 30 m² will allow you to have your breakfast in the sun, it is equipped with benches with cushions, 4-seater garden furniture, a chilienne for reading moments in the great outdoors. Guest access The entrance to the accommodation is independent. Other things to note Parking is available in the parking lot across the street from the accommodation at the ATM level.
