Comfortably sleeping 6 guests, it’s the ideal choice for families, friends, and especially parents of twins – we’ve truly thought of everything to make your stay effortless. Designed for Families – Especially Those with Twins Travelling with little ones can be tricky, but here it’s easy. We provide two of everything – from travel cots and highchairs to bouncers and bed guards – plus baby essentials like a changing mat, floor protectors, padded play mat, and a box full of toys. Baby/toddler cutlery, plates, and bowls are all ready and waiting. You just bring yourselves – we’ve got the rest covered. A True Home-from-Home The open-plan living space is light, airy, and welcoming, with a fully equipped kitchen (including a Nespresso coffee machine and dual air fryer) so you can whip up anything from a quick breakfast to a three-course dinner. Gather around the dining area for family meals, then sink into the large L-shaped sofa in the lounge for cosy evenings in. Enjoy movie nights with the Smart TV (log in to your Netflix or Amazon Prime), dive into our collection of board games, or challenge each other to a round on the Wii console. With central heating and a feature electric fire, you’ll feel perfectly snug no matter the season. Bedrooms Made for Rest & Privacy Master bedroom: King-size bed, en-suite WC, double wardrobe, dressing table, and Smart TV. Two twin bedrooms: Each with two (narrower) single beds, wardrobe/storage, and Smart TVs – so there’s no arguing over the remote! A bright family shower room completes the layout, with space for all your holiday essentials. Sun, Sea & Fresh Air Outside, enjoy your wraparound sunny deck with secure balustrades and a fitted gate – safe for children and pets. Dog-Friendly Your four-legged friends are welcome too. We simply ask you bring a towel for muddy paws and a blanket for the sofa if they like a cuddle. Temporary membership passes are available so you can make full use of the leisure facilities. Guest access There is plenty of free parking directly opposite our holiday home with no designated parking spaces. Park facilities - pool, gym, entertainment area are very close by which you may use if you have purchased leisure passes. Without leisure passes you can still use the cafe, bar & restaurant. Other things to note Guest Etiquette 🏡 ✅ Leave things as you found them – Please return items clean and stain-free for the next guests. 🚭 No smoking or vaping – Anywhere inside or on the decking. Extra cleaning charges apply if this rule is broken. 🐾 Dog-friendly – £30 per dog (max 2, 2nd by request). Bring a blanket for the sofa & towel for muddy paws. 💡 Be energy mindful – Switch off lights & heating when you’re out. 💬 If something breaks or gets stained, just let us know – accidents happen, we just appreciate honesty. ❤️ Treat Penny’s Place as you would your own home – it’s family-owned and much loved. Penny’s Place is our much-loved family-owned holiday home, and we’re delighted to share it with guests who can enjoy it as much as we do. We’ve gone to great lengths to make it comfortable, well-equipped, and welcoming — so all we ask is that you treat it with the same care and respect you would your own home. We provide lots of extras for you to enjoy, from baby gear to games and sun loungers. Please ensure anything you’ve used is left clean, stain-free, and returned to its place so the next guests can enjoy them too. Recently, we’ve had items left dirty or damaged, which unfortunately means extra cleaning and costs. If additional cleaning or repairs are required, this will incur an extra charge. 🚭 No Smoking or Vaping For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the property or on the decking. If there is evidence of smoking or vaping, extra cleaning charges will apply. 🐾 Dog Policy & Fees Dog fee: £30 per dog per trip. The fee for one dog will appear in your booking cost; if you bring a second dog (by prior agreement only), we’ll send a separate payment request for the second £30 fee after booking. One well-behaved dog is welcome; a second may be accepted on request. Registered guide/hearing dogs are welcome free of charge. Doggy welcome treats are included! Please bring a blanket for the sofa and a towel for muddy paws. For safety, certain breeds are not permitted (see below). Prohibited breeds: Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Chow Chow, Alaskan Malamute, Bull Mastiff, English Bull Terrier, Japanese Akita. 🌊 Passes & Booking Process Penny’s Place is privately owned, but all bookings and guest communication are managed by Sue Williams of Unrivalled Holiday Homes. After booking, Sue will request your email address to send further details, including: Booking form (personal details needed for Hoburne site passes) Leisure pass information (£66 for up to 6 guests for up to 7 nights) Payment instructions for passes (paid directly to Sue) Please allow at least 1 week’s notice for processing. Passes will be ready for collection at reception on arrival. 💡 Utilities All water and electricity are included in your rental. Please help us keep costs down by switching off lights and heating when you’re out. We want you to have a relaxing, fun, and memorable holiday here.
