Find everything you need to prepare meals in the kitchen, then gather around the large dining table with family and friends. 1.1 miles to Carleton 2.1 miles to St. Olaf The space This cozy one-story home has an open living space that includes the dining table, a perfect place to gather with family and friends to enjoy a meal or play one of the available games. Or settle into the couch to watch a show on the Smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen has a stove, microwave, Keurig, toaster, a variety of cooking utensils and everything you need to make a cup of coffee. Each of the 3 bedrooms accommodates two people: two rooms have queen beds and another room has 2 twin beds. There is plenty of space in the two bathrooms, one with a tub/shower combo and the other with a walk-in shower, a shower stool, and an optional hand-held shower head. In addition, there is a pack-n-play crib with a just-right mattress for babies, along with a high chair, a washer and dryer stocked with laundry detergent, an iron and an ironing board. You will have the space to yourself, with a lockbox to access and return the keys. Guest access You are free to check in on your own anytime after 3:00. PM. The keys will be left in a lockbox, you will receive the code 48 hours before check in. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. Other things to note Please note: There is a separate garage on the property that guests will not have access to. Our listing states there are no security cameras on the property. There is a ring doorbell and exterior cameras that have been left by a previous owner. None of them are hooked up or used in any way.
