Cozy, Clean & Quiet room in Exet

Double room in quiet, clean, cozy 3 bedroom house Shared bathroom only when another singleroom has a guest. 10 min drive to Exeter City Centre, University. 5 min drive to M5 motorway/A30/ A38 7 mins drive to Exeter Airport. 7 minutes walk to Digby train station. 6 mins drive to RD&E Hospital. You'll love it because of the location, the people, the outdoors space (garden), the neighbourhood, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, and singles, and business travellers. The space The house is in a quiet residential neighbourhood and is located in a very convenient location for visiting the whole of Devon and Cornwall. Direct access by car, train or bus to Exeter city centre, university, RDE hospital, MET office & surrounding areas. Walking distance to Sandy Park, Exeter Business Park, Sowton & Pynes Hill. Tesco extra( including petrol station) is 10 minutes walk and as well as KFC/Pizza, Costa Coffee, electrical and computer shop. Toby Carvery is only 3- 4 minutes walk where one can have a reasonably priced meal. During your stay Complimentary toiletries, linen and towels are provided for guests. A hairdryer, umbrella, iron and ironing board are also available for your use during your stay. A washing machine and dryer can be made available for your use during your stay for an extra fee. Secure garage storage may also be available, if required. There is safe, free parking available at the back of the house by my garage and on street nearby. Guest access The room rate includes the following services: Internet access, free parking, Use of Garden, The house has three toilets, so you won’t need to share with me, although the bathroom may be shared if another guest is staying in the another room, kitchen use for making tea / coffee or warming something in microwave. NO COOKING. Light breakfast is provided. Use of the fridge to place a sandwich or yogurt. Long-term guests (i.e. staying for a week or more) kitchen access for cooking can be arranged upon request. During your stay Minimal interaction with guests and happy to offer information on area. Other things to note A quiet house. No smoking allowed inside the house. No showering after 23:30 Respect other residents. This is a family home and you stay at your own risk. We do our best to keep it in good order and safe. We cannot be held liable for any accidents or issues you may have in our house. No pets Please remove shoes whilst in the house Always make sure you double lock the front door before leaving the house Guests are expected to clean after themselves. Tea bags, coffee, sugar, milk for tea and cereals. If you are staying more than 5 nights I am happy to do a full load of laundry the cost of this service is £8 per load. Guest is expected to be out during the day. If there is something you want to use, just ask . It would be helpful and appreciated if guests could confirm the estimated time of arrival prior to the stay commencing. Drunkenness and disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave 2 medium/ 1 large suitcase with a small cabin/hand luggage is the maximum that is reasonably accepted for one person staying. More than this will not be accepted. Be clean and respectful and you will receive same back.
