Our pretty barn is in the heart of the troglodyte village of Rochemenier. You will enjoy a peaceful environment in a green setting overlooking the cellars. Between Angers and Saumur, it is ideally located to relax while discovering the richness of Anjou, visits that will appeal to young and old! Bioparc Zoo, Mystères des Faluns 7 min Saumur, its cellars and the Loire 20 min away Angers and TerraBotanica 35 minutes away Futuroscope 1.5 hours away Center Parc 35 minutes Puy du Fou 1 hr 10 min The space The 80 m2 barn can accommodate 2 to 4 people. -2 adults and 2 children: 160*200 bed + bunk beds (including 1 child over 6 years old) -4 adults: double bed 160*200 and sofa bed 140*190. An independent entrance via a cul-de-sac, gives direct access to the bedroom. On the ground floor, an equipped kitchen, TV lounge, a shower room and a separate toilet. From the kitchen-living room, you will enjoy the south-facing terrace with views of cellars and a shaded garden. 🛏️ bed linen and one towel per person are provided. Beds made upon arrival (unless sofa bed). ！ Possibility to add a 1/2 day (check-in between 8am and 3pm or check-out between 12pm and 7pm) for €20 to be paid on site. Guest access Access is via a cul-de-sac. The garden is shared with another rental, Fermette, it's big enough for every guest to enjoy the outdoors in peace. For safety reasons, access to the cellars and the upper part of the garden is not allowed. Other things to note Museum and restaurant of Fouées a 5-minute walk.
