A charge of $300 will apply if this rule is not adhered to by guests. SMOKING IS ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED ANYWHERE INSIDE THE APARTMENT OR APARTMENT COMPLEX. If smoking is detected, a $300 fine will be applied to the reservation. No inside or outside patio grilling is allowed due to insurance restrictions.
