House rules • Visits: Guests are not allowed during the stay. • Bed linen and towels: If you need a change during your stay, please ask the host in advance and check the additional cost. We do not provide or replenish hygiene supplies: shampoo, soap, toilet paper, etc. • Exit Cautions: • Make sure the taps are closed, the lights off, the windows closed, and especially the air-conditioning off. • Special attention to air conditioning: To avoid wasting energy and help with the conservation of the equipment, turn it off whenever you leave the apartment. If the air-conditioning is left unattended, there may be additional charges. • Avoid leaving the shower on to prevent possible flooding, as previously occurred. Important Guidelines • Hygienic Paper: Do not dispose of toilet paper, as it can clog easily. We have already had problems that have caused inconveniences of not being able to use the toilet. • Apartment Objects: It is not allowed to take towels or any other item from the apartment out. • Damage and Stains: If any equipment is damaged or there are stains on towels or linens, immediately notify the host. Towels stained with makeup, sunscreen or other products are subject to a fee of $50.00 due to the need for specialized washing. • Use of Electric Iron: The use of electric iron is not allowed, as it has caused damage to sheets and mattresses in the past, resulting in repair costs for the guests. • Cleaning and Organization: If, upon arrival, you find the apartment with improper cleaning or stained bed/towels, please contact us immediately so that we can correct the situation.
