Recently remodelled and fully furnished. Elevator and safe parking The neigbourhood: One of the oldest and nicest in Costa Rica. Populated by Embassy houses and Diplomatic residences. This makes it a very clean and safe area, with private guards every few blocks or meters sometimes. Very close to La Sabana Metropolitan Park you have nice open areas, without cars. You can run or walk if that is part of your routine and there is a nice lake with pedestrian circuits that are safe (ideally with day light). Rohrmoser is an área full possibilities... Restaurants and coffee places Furca: My personal favourite, Steak House and international food. 4 blocks away La Fabricca: A good Italian restaurant, Pizza & Pasta. 3 blocks away. Park Café: International and fusion food. One of the top restaurants in Costa Rica. 8 blocks. La Oliva Verde: Saladas, wraps, pitas and healthy food. 8 blocks away. La trufa: international food and coffee shop, 1 block away. Also: Pane e Vino, Rostipollos, McDonalds, Burguer King, and other smaller restaurants. Lavazza: Italian coffee chain. 3 blocks away. The Hotel Hilton Garden In is just 2 blocks away, when you book touristic activities usually they include transport and usually they can pick you up there. Probably Public transport is not Costa Rica's highest point but the apartment is 2 blocks away from the bus stop and the taxi are also there all the time. This apartment comes with one underground garage with automatic doors in case you have a rental. Uber is a great option, always available and way cheaper than regular taxis This is a pet friendly home but you must let me know and add them as an extra guest on the booking quote and make sure they are well trained and properly care for at all times. No barking and make sure they don’t ruin the furniture or use the beds. Bring their food bowls, dog beds, kennels, litter box and toys to keep them happy please.
