Snowdon views in Llanberis - rare private parking.

The Apartment at Brook House has recently been refurbished to offer you a wonderful stay in historic Llanberis, at the foot of Snowdon. A spacious apartment covering two floors and sleeping five people (possibility of a 6th) in ensuite bedrooms, pet friendly & with private parking. Brook House is central to the shops, cafes and eateries of Llanberis & is just across the road from the beautiful Padarn Lake. Equally perfect for those wanting an adventure or for those in need of some relaxation. The space Brook House is on the high street of Llanberis. It is above the main pharmacy and has its own driveway and entranceway at the side. The front door leads into a hallway with stairs heading up to the first floor, which then leads into the light and airy living room and dining area and then into the modern and fully equipped kitchen. To the left of the stairway is the double bedroom, with its own ensuite shower room. There is also a separate toilet. Up the stairs is the master bedroom, with a super king and a single bed with it's own ensuite bathroom/shower and separate dressing room. Skylights and large windows afford stunning views across Snowdonia, the slate mines and the quarries. Brook House can comfortably sleep up to five adults (possibility of a 6th on the sofa bed) and is happy to accommodate up to two pets. Being just a two minute walk to the Snowdonia Railway and just across the road from Padarn Lake, the Slate Museum and Dolbardan Castle it is in an enviable location to enjoy this beautiful area. Off street parking is also available - a rarity in Llanberis - in the private but narrow driveway and can accommodate up to two small/medium cars. Guest access The whole property is for our guests use and has a private drive and entrance. The driveway is narrow and is not suitable for large vehicles/campervans/vans It can comfortably accommodate two small/medium cars. Other things to note Brook House may not be suitable for those with mobility issues due to the staircases to each level. We do not allow parties or events. We ask that all male or all female groups contact us prior to booking. The sofa bed can accommodate a 6th person but this will incur an additional charge - please contact us prior to booking. The driveway is narrow but can accommodate most standard sized cars. CCTV is in operation outside of the property and covers the front door and the driveway.
