Buonaventura Cabin

We are located just 4 km from downtown Mercedes, just 200 meters from the police station, market and restaurant. The cabin has a large garden, soccer field, parking, stove, pool, grill, hammock, deckchairs and a gallery with a garden set. Inside it consists of a large living room, kitchen, dining room with a large window, it has a full kitchen and heating and ventilation in all rooms. Full bathroom, with bathtub and hot water by water heater. Sleeps up to 5 The space The house has a grill and all the accessories to make a great barbecue, comfortable and well lit. It has a 30m2 gallery with hammock, deckchairs and board games. The interior of the house is 60m2 living room, dining room, kitchen, large 4 x 2 m armored glass window overlooking the garden and pool. Two bedrooms, the main one with a Simmons Beauty Rest mattress, and the secondary one, with a double bed and a single bed, with capacity for 5 people. All rooms in the house have balanced gas heating and a ceiling fan. It has a full bathroom with a bathtub and bidet, with water heating by means of a gas heater that guarantees a very pleasant and warm flow and amount of water. In the gardens there are fire pits, a soccer field, a swimming pool and a grill. Good night lighting, and indoor parking. Other things to note includes linens (sheets and towels).
