The CocoRico gîte is a 2-star furnished tourist accommodation in a small village. Enjoy a recent and comfortable accommodation, ideal for families and groups. Our gîte, a former 70 m2 outbuilding, has been completely renovated. Part of the furniture is restored or repurposed for a warm environment. Surrounded by an enclosed garden, the CocoRico Gîte offers you an outdoor relaxation area. You will find a forest table, a small sheltered garden lounge, deckchairs, children's games and barbecue for moments of conviviality with family or friends. You can also enjoy the fresh aromatic herbs of the garden (rosemary, thyme, mint, curry herb...) On two floors, the CocoRico Gîte offers you, On the ground floor: - the living room with the equipped kitchen area and small living room. 2-seater sofa, hammock seat, storage bench. - one bedroom with a double bed, a walk-in closet. - a bathroom with toilet, sink, walk-in shower. Upstairs: - a landing with books available. - one bedroom with a double bed, a dresser. - one bedroom with two single beds. - a bathroom with toilet, sink, shower. For your comfort, we provide bed linen, towels and basic hygiene products as well as groceries. On request, we can also provide you with a baby bed, fans or mobile air conditioner. A high chair is always available for the little ones. Guest access You have access to the house, laundry room and garden. Other things to note The cottage is ideally located at the crossroads of Anjou, Poitou and Touraine. It is located in the town center of a village of 300 inhabitants. For one or two people, the cottage can only be used on the ground floor, kitchen and bathroom are on one level. Upstairs, one bedroom faces the garden, and another faces the street with views of its picturesque church, ringing during the day and its small cemetery. 20 meters from a playground with ping pong table and pétanque court for friendly moments. As in any village, you will sometimes hear the farmyard, dogs, cows and tractors and in between, silence... On site, a welcome booklet will give you some ideas for must-see visits.
