Cook a meal in the full kitchen and step outside and play pickleball on the private, woods surrounded court. Washer and dryer are included at this country getaway. A short drive to historic New Harmony and Evansville so you can attend events like Kunstfest and the Fall Festival. Also not far from USI & U of E. The space The cottage is family oriented and best suited for close families or 2 couples since there are only 2 private bedrooms. There is just 1 bathroom with an antique clawfoot tub with a shower curtain surround for showers only. The backyard includes a firepit area with the most awesome sunset view and firewood is provided. You are sure to enjoy the private 18x40 pickleball court and 4 paddles and balls that are ready for play! Guest access Guests can use the main floor and the 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The cottage sits on 2 acres and has a big backyard with a pickleball court and a short marked walking trail in the woods. Other things to note The Cypress Cottage is a family friendly, quiet and secluded bit of paradise in a neighborhood meant for nature lovers and those who really appreciate old homes.
