The house consists of 2 floors (200 meters), on the ground floor you will find a living room-kitchen, very cool in summer. A large dining table, a sofa with chaise longue, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to comfortably enjoy your stay, oven, coffee makers (Nespresso and Italian), glass-ceramic, dishwasher, water heater, toaster, microwave, juicer... On this floor we also find two bedrooms, each with two beds. They are 1.05 beds, very comfortable and spacious. All mattresses are made of memory foam. There is also a bathroom and a pantry where you will find the washer-dryer. Upstairs you will find a large living room, with a huge sofa that includes two chaise longues. It also has another dining table where you can dine or eat while watching TV, a 70-inch smart TV with wifi at your disposal, Movistar plus, Netflix, Disney, Prime and Max. You have a turntable and board games, and a dartboard with darts. On this floor you will also find the main room of more than 30 meters, attic and with its own bathroom. The bathroom has a hydromassage shower and if you want to relax by candlelight, a bathtub. You don't need to bring a hairdryer, and there are also hair straighteners. The house has pellet heating, with a visible fire boiler, ideal for winter. Outside you will find a patio with an outdoor dining room to enjoy summer nights! In the village, Ubiarco, there is a beautiful cove that you can walk to (about 15 minutes). If you take the car, Tagle beach is 5 minutes away! There is a Chiringuito with stunning views and a spectacular meal. You can't book, but you'll end up eating there! 7-8 minutes away you have Playa de los Locos and Playa de La Concha in Suances!
