Welcome to Wuthering Heights a self contained secure flat with a private entrance and key safe. Your dedicated off road car parking space is immediately outside your own front door. The spacious flat is in a rural location with convenient transport links to M1, Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard ( station to London Euston) and Aylesbury. L B is a busy market town 2 miles away with numerous amenities. Please note this property is accessed via a flight of stairs and not suitable for infants. The space The flat consists of a large light room and en-suite facilities. The main room contains the kitchen facilities along with the sleeping and sitting areas. This spacious room benefits from 4 Velux windows providing lots of natural light. The windows are fitted with blackout blinds for your privacy and comfort. The en- suite is on the same level. Guest access The flat is a self contained studio flat with private entrance . Access to the flat is via a flight of stairs and therefore is not suitable for infants as we do not provide stair gates. The car parking space is to the left of the main house front door next to the hedge but is only a few meters away from the flat door. Other things to note This is a non smoking property. We live in a peaceful rural area off the B 440. The Grand Union Canal is 2 miles away and Ashridge Estate ( National Trust) 6 miles away . Leighton Buzzard is our closest town with numerous shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The local villages also have cafes and pubs as an option if you are looking to eat out. I am happy to give you some suggestions if asked.
